What's Your Line...

Ah, fishing line. Remember when you were a Stren person or a Trilene person. The good old days! My how lines have changed. One of the more popular lines out is Power Pro. A multifilament line that is thin, super strong, with little to no stretch. The 20lb test is the same diameter as 6lb mono. Make sure you tie the correct knots! I have a lot of saltwater people using it. They can throw lighter lures but be able to back it up if something big hits. Very good for bass fisherman fishing in the sticks also. For me it is kind of weird. Everthing is so positive when you strike. I am beginning to appreciate it. Well my next test is with Yo-Zuri Hybrid Fluorocarbon Polymer Alloy line (i think it can still be called line).

If I could only find that 3000 yd spool of Original Stren (Yellow) I bought in 1979!
