You Say Ra pa la, I say Rap a la...

First, Ra pa la sounds better.

Second, is the original floating minnow the greatest lure in the creation of mankind? Grab an F9 or F11 in silver or gold (my personal favorite) and you can catch practically anything freshwater, anytime. I use a gold F7 or F9 about 95% of the time I am fishing for trout in the Eastern Sierra (Californy). I catch 6" planter rainbows, brooks and 4 lbs browns from those streams. I have nailed bass at Clear Lake with the same lures. It is staggering that one lure can do it all.

The rest of the Rapala line are no slouches either.

Got better? Yeah, sure kid!
